When you bring a new puppy home, registration is one of those first adult tasks you have to tackle. You'll need paperwork from the breeder or shelter, proof of vaccinations, and usually a vet check. It's just a form you fill out with your pup's name, breed, and your contact info, then send it off with a small fee. Some people put it off, but it's important for identification and dog parks.
