We installed a radon fan in the crawlspace to pull soil gas from under the house and vent it safely above the roofline. The crew sealed the sump hole, ran four-inch PVC with proper slope, and wired the inline fan to an exterior switch. The whole process took about six hours, and now the digital monitor shows levels dropping from 8.5 to below 0.5 pCi/L.
