We finished the radon system repair yesterday. The old pipe was cracked right under the sump, so air was sucking up from the crawlspace. We replaced that section with a sealed, heavy-duty PVC run and added a new gasket at the fan flange. The pressure gauge now shows a steady negative reading, so the system is pulling properly again and the house should be back to safe levels soon.
