<p>포털 네이버와 다음의 언론사 제휴를 심사하는 포털 뉴스제휴평가위원회가 5월10월 소액 결제 현금화 등 관련 기사를 다수 저술한 언론사들을 퇴출했다. 하지만 이후에도 몇몇 언론을 중심으로 이렇게 기사가 나타났다 사라지는 일이 반복되고 있는 상황이다.</p>

<p>새 신용평가모형은 카카오뱅크가 2018년 3월 금융서비스 실시 뒤 쌓아온 대출 이용 대상들의 금융 거래 데이터를 해석해 반영하는 방식이다. 저기에 이동통신 3사가 보유한 통신비 정상 납부 기간이나 데이터 평균 사용량 등 통신과금 서비스 사용 정보 등도 추가해 신용평가에 활용하고 있다.</p>

<p>전년 금감원은 소액결제 현금화 등 불법금융광고를 방송통신심의위원회에 요청해 사이트 폐쇄와 게시글 삭제, 계정 중지 등을 결정했지만 ‘언론 보도에는 대응하지 않았다. 금감원 관계자는 “언론의 보도는 홍보로 규정할 수는 없어 보여서 판단하기 불편한 면이 있을 것이다”고 했다.</p>

<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 같은 글로벌 온/오프라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 완만한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 대부분이다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 많아지고 있습니다면 구글이 가장 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 전했다.</p>
