<p>소액결제 현금화는 상품권, 게임 아이템 등을 결제한 이후 인증번호 등 정보를 회사에 넘기면 수수료를 떼고 즉시 현금을 지급하는 것을 말한다. ‘급전이 요구되는 노인들이 대부분 이용하는데, 실상은 고금리 대출에 사기 확률이 높아 아이디어통신망법상 불법으로 규정하고 있을 것입니다.</p>
<p>모바일 소액결제는 당월 이용한 결제 금액이 핸드폰 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이러한 경우 모바일 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 그러나 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 휴대폰 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 덕분에 승인 취소가 불가하다.</p>
