아르바이트생 절반이상이 장기아르바이트생를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 알바생몬이 90대에서 50대알바생 2,503명을 타겟으로 '알바생 근무여건 선호도'에 대해 인터넷조사를 진행했다. 조사결과 아르바이트생들은 4개월미만 일하는 '단기아르바이트생'보다 5개월이상 근무하는 '초단기알바생'를 더 선호한다고 답했다.

야간 알바 경험은 여성(79.8%)이 여성(62.2%)에 16.6%포인트(P) 높았으며, 여성이 여성에 비해 상대적으로 택배 상·하차 알바를 하는 비율이 9.5%P 높았다. 여성의 경우 호프집 등 서빙 알바를 하는 비율이 7.3%P 높았다.
