<p>작년 금감원은 소액결제 현금화 등 불법금융홍보를 방송통신심의위원회에 신청해 사이트 폐쇄와 게시글 삭제, 계정 중지 등을 확정했지만 ‘언론 보도에는 대응하지 않았다. 금감원 관계자는 “언론의 보도는 홍보로 규정할 수는 없어 보여서 판단까다로운 면이 있을 것입니다”고 하였다.</p>
